Welcome to the Saltwater Light Tackle Fishing Club

The Saltwater Light Tackle Fishing Club is a not-for-profit organization having the objectives to enhance members' saltwater light tackle fishing knowledge and skills, to promote fellowship among saltwater recreational fishing groups, and to create a forum in which members can share their experience, expertise, and goodwill.  The Club promotes good sportsmanship, fair play, and respect for our natural resources. The Club further advocates boating safety, good boating practices, and continuing education relating to the responsible use of coastal marine resources.

  • SAFETY AFLOAT.  Complacency kills.  Check out the new links to the left under  "Safety Afloat".  In response to Club member requests, we've added a link to sample Float Plans that you should consider an essential piece of your tackle box. Take the time and leave a float plan with someone who cares about you whenever you go out - regardless of the season.
